Frequently Asked Questions
About Signature Specialty

Why Should I Choose Signature Specialty For My Outdoor Project?

In an industry polluted with bad service, shady business practices, and unlicensed contractors, we’re a breath of fresh air. We’re insured, licensed, experienced, and—most importantly—always do the right thing. That means having stellar “Bedside Manner,” installing the industry’s best products, and practicing superior, detail-focused craftsmanship.

How Are Your Prices? Low? Medium? High?

It depends on the project. For sunrooms, we can often offer the exact same high-end products at a much lower price than large companies because we have lower overhead. For other projects, we are usually in the middle to high-middle. We aren’t the cheapest—but we don’t overcharge, either. We charge what it takes to do the job right. Period.

How Long Are Your Warranties?

In addition to our lengthy product warranties, we also offer a 1-year labor warranty.

What Kind Of Experience Do Your Installers Have?

In addition to having decades of combined experience, our craftsmen all have their own specialties. For example, we use a specific crew for sunrooms, a specific crew for pool enclosures, and so on. This ensures true experts build your project—not inexperienced subcontractors or day laborers.

Do You Use High-Pressure Sales Tactics?

No. Unlike other companies that conduct 3-hour high-pressure meetings, our estimates are only about 30 minutes. And in a refreshing change from the usual “buy now” attitude of other contractors, we suggest you do NOT make a decision right then and there when we give you a quote. We’d rather you do your research first to come to an educated decision.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept checks, cash, and all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  We even accept Apple Pay.

Do You Offer Free Estimates?

Yes. Our estimates are firm, fair, and pressure free. Contact us today if you’d like to schedule an estimate for your sunroom or outdoor project.
