BBB Accredited Business (PRNewsFoto/Beacon Funding Corporation)

If you’re performing your due diligence before choosing a contractor for your sunroom addition in Riverview, FL, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) is a great resource. Their website has a bounty of information that consumers can use when researching a company. They judge companies on 16 different factors—including performance, integrity, respect, and service—and assign letter grades from A+ to F.

We’ve been accredited with the BBB since 2009. We have never received a consumer complaint and have maintained an A+ rating since we became accredited. If you’d like to see for yourself why we have an “A+” rating, check out the BBB’s report on us. (Note: the BBB's website will open in a separate window.)

A couple important notes about the BBB’s grading criteria:

Accreditation

BBB-accredited businesses meet the standards required by the BBB Code of Business Practices. Accredited businesses are committed to the following practices:

  1. Building Trust.
  2. Advertising Honestly.
  3. Telling The Truth.
  4. Being Transparent.
  5. Honoring Promises.
  6. Being Responsive.
  7. Safeguarding Customer Privacy.
  8. Embodying Integrity.

Rating

A company’s BBB rating is based on 16 factors, including the length of time the business has been operating, the amount of complaints consumers have filed with the BBB, and supplying sufficient background information about themselves as a business. You can read about all of the BBB’s ratings criteria on their website. But just know that for a company to maintain an A+ rating like we do, it must be BBB-accredited, have ZERO unresolved customer complaints, and pass inspection on all 16 of the BBB’s evaluation criteria.
