Let’s be honest: Online reviews can be helpful… but you usually have to take them with a grain of salt. It’s sometimes hard to tell if an actual consumer has written the review, or if it’s a “sham” review written by the company itself.

Luckily, there are websites like Angie’s List that eliminate this problem. Angie’s List is one of the most trusted sources for customer reviews on the Internet because it does NOT allow companies to join as members. Instead, Angie’s List subscribers pay a small membership fee to access objective reviews written by fellow subscribers, as well as leave their own honest feedback.

This means that to gain access to the information about our company (or any other company) that’s on Angie’s List, you have to be a paying subscriber. (The good news is that it’s extremely cheap to sign up, so you may find it worth your while.)

Here’s the takeaway, though: Out of all the companies on Angie’s List, only 5% of them earn the Angie’s List Super Service Award. And we’re proud to say we’re in that 5%. Why? Because to receive a “Super Service” award, a company must be a leader in their field and get few to no complaints for an entire year. So we’re extremely honored to have won this award—and are confident we’ll win it for years to come.
